Terms & Conditions

Effective June 12, 2026Last updated June 12, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Better Health Option website, our consumer quote-request forms, and our lead generation services. Better Health Option is a brand of Better Coverages LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Please read Section 16 carefully. It requires most disputes to be resolved by individual arbitration and waives class actions, unless you opt out.

1. Agreement to these Terms

By using our website or forms, or by buying leads from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services. Businesses that buy leads from us may also sign a separate written agreement; if that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls.

2. What we are, and what we are not

Better Health Option is a marketing and lead generation company. We are not an insurance company, agency, or producer. We do not sell insurance, provide insurance quotes, or offer insurance advice, and we do not recommend or endorse any particular insurer, agent, or plan.

When you submit a request, a licensed insurance professional may contact you. Any quote, application, policy, or advice comes from that professional, who is solely responsible for it. Plan availability, pricing, and eligibility vary by state and by carrier.

We are not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program. Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans are offered by private insurers through licensed agents.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. If you use our services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

4. Consumer quote requests

Our forms are free to use. When you submit one, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is your own, and is accurate and complete
  • The phone number you provide is yours, or you are its authorized user
  • You are asking to be contacted about the insurance type you selected

Submitting a form does not guarantee that you will be contacted, receive a quote, or qualify for coverage. Submitting information about another person, or false information, is prohibited.

6. Lead buyer services

We sell consumer leads and live transfers for health, auto, and home insurance to licensed agents, agencies, carriers, and their authorized call centers (“Buyers”). Every lead is generated through advertising and forms we operate on our own domains. We do not resell leads purchased from other vendors, and we do not use co-registration, incentivized, sweepstakes, or rewards traffic.

Before delivery, each lead passes our validation process, which includes bot and fraud screening, real-time contact verification, geography and eligibility checks, duplicate and recency control, consent capture, and do-not-call and suppression scrubbing. Validation reduces risk; it does not guarantee that any consumer will answer, buy, or qualify.

Pricing, volume, filters, exclusivity, and delivery details are set in an insertion order or other written agreement between us and the Buyer.

7. Lead delivery and returns

  • Exclusivity. Leads are sold as exclusive (delivered to one Buyer) or shared (delivered to a limited number of Buyers), as stated in the Buyer’s agreement.
  • Delivery methods. We deliver by ping-post, real-time HTTP post, native integration with the Buyer’s CRM, live transfer, or CSV batch on request, mapped to the Buyer’s schema.
  • Caps and targeting. We honor agreed daily caps, dayparting, state, and filter settings. The Buyer is responsible for keeping those settings accurate.
  • Acceptance. A lead is accepted when our system receives a successful response from the Buyer’s endpoint or when a live transfer connects.
  • Returns. A Buyer may request a credit for a lead that is invalid (for example, a disconnected number or a duplicate of a lead we previously sold that Buyer) within 72 hours of delivery. Return requests must state the reason and are subject to our review. Lack of contact, lack of interest, or failure to buy are not valid return reasons.

8. Fees and payment

Buyers pay the prices stated in their agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise:

  • Invoices are due 15 days from the invoice date (net 15). Prepaid accounts are drawn down as leads are delivered.
  • Late amounts accrue a late fee of 1.5% per month, or the maximum permitted by law if lower, and we may pause delivery until the account is current.
  • Credits for approved returns are applied to future purchases and expire 90 days after issue. Credits have no cash value.
  • Fees exclude taxes, which the Buyer is responsible for.

9. Buyer compliance obligations

Each Buyer is solely responsible for how it contacts consumers and for complying with all laws that apply to it, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing and mini-TCPA laws, CAN-SPAM, state insurance laws, and CMS marketing rules for Medicare products. Each Buyer agrees to:

  • Hold, and keep current, every license required to sell the products it markets, in every state where it contacts consumers
  • Contact consumers only within the scope of the consent the consumer gave
  • Honor opt-out and do-not-call requests promptly, and tell us about any it receives regarding our leads
  • Maintain its own internal do-not-call list and scrub against the registries that apply to it
  • Not resell, transfer, or share leads with any third party without our written consent
  • Respond promptly to our requests for information about a consumer complaint or regulatory inquiry

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, fraudulent, or automated form entries, or information about another person
  • Scrape, crawl, or copy our website or forms, or interfere with their security or operation
  • Reverse engineer our systems or attempt to access data you are not authorized to access
  • Use our services in violation of any law or to harass any person

11. Intellectual property

The Better Health Option name and logo, our website, forms, creative, and software are owned by Better Coverages LLC or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.

12. Third parties

Our services may link to, or connect you with, websites and businesses we do not control, including Buyers. We are not responsible for their content, products, services, or privacy practices.

13. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant any contact rate, conversion rate, or sales result, or that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our members, managers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of law. For Buyers, this includes any claim arising from the Buyer’s contact with a consumer, its compliance obligations in Section 9, or its use of leads.

16. Dispute resolution and arbitration

Informal resolution first

Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to email legal@betterhealthoption.com with a description of the dispute and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. We will do the same for you.

Binding individual arbitration

Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (for consumers) or Commercial Arbitration Rules (for businesses). The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

Class action waiver

Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis. Neither you nor we may bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action or arbitration. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will proceed in court, not in arbitration.

Your right to opt out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@betterhealthoption.com within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, with your name, contact details, and a clear statement that you are opting out of arbitration.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any claim not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to our services at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent harm or comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive — including payment obligations, compliance obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — survive termination.

18. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreement with a Buyer, are the entire agreement between you and us on their subject. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page; continued use after the update means you accept it.
